Do I need Jetpack?

Jetpack is ore than just a plugin: it's a suite of options you can add to your site, and some of them are paid.

For online stores, Jetpack can automatically taxes and print shipping labels, which is great.However, Jetpack also offers you other things you don't need, which becomes a little confusing and can end up costing you money if you buy something you don’t need. For example, you might start receiving Jetpack notifications that say "Get automatic backups" or "Get security on your website." But all of these things are already included in your hosting!

We use Jetpack for the automatic tax features, and that’s about it. If you decide to use Jetpack, make sure to avoid paying for add-ons that are already included in your hosting and other plugins.
