Overriding WordPress Themer Layouts with Maple Builder

What does it mean when a popup appears that says, "This page has a Themer layout assigned…”?

Why use a WordPress themer layout?

A default themer layout created by WordPress is often used for pages on larger websites to keep pages simple and streamlined. While this is helpful, sometimes you need to create a new page that has a unique layout created with the Maple builder (using rows, columns, and modules).

If you are creating a page or would like to create a page with the Maple builder, simply click "Yes, use the builder."

If you just want to create a simple page using the standard WordPress layout, click "No, take me back," and then use the WordPress editor to create your page content just as you would a blog post.
